We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Agile delivery processes, ensuring governance, transparency, and efficiency across digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, maintain compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement using tools like Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Governance Support:
  • Ensure Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) are aligned with organizational policies.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate adherence to delivery standards and best practices across product teams.
  • Scrum Master Collaboration:
  • Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners in backlog hygiene and sprint readiness.
  • Coordinate dependencies and highlight risks or blockers to delivery.
  • Azure DevOps Management:
  • Monitor the lifecycle of work items in Azure DevOps (user stories, tasks, bugs).
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation related to sprints and delivery governance.
  • Ensure teams are effectively using ADO boards and automation features.
  • Internal Asset Oversight:
  • Track the lifecycle and usage of internally developed platforms/products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure assets meet governance and compliance needs.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Agile processes through automation, tooling, or updated frameworks.
  • Conduct periodic retrospectives to recommend governance enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps – boards, queries, dashboards.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
