Job Description:

  • Cultivate a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a collaborative atmosphere within the department, promoting faculty-student engagement.
  • Student Guidance and Career Development: Oversee services designed to support BCA students' academic and professional growth.
  • Represent the Program: Attend college events, industry conferences, and meetings, enhancing the program's reputation.
  • Departmental Staff Management: Lead and motivate staff to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay Current with Advancements: Stay updated on the latest developments in computer applications and educational pedagogy.Requirements
    • Master's Degree or Higher: In Computer Science and Application / Information Technology or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
    • Teaching Experience: Minimum 8+ years of teaching at the undergraduate level in computer applications.
    • Leadership Role: Prior experience in a leadership position within a higher education institution is highly desirable.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in computer applications education.
    • Motivation and Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate students and faculty.
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
    • Computer Applications Proficiency: Proficiency in using relevant computer applications and educational technologies is required.
