Job Summary

This full-time remote role involves conducting workshops and training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH). The POSH Trainer and Associate will be responsible for developing training materials, delivering presentations, and providing legal consultation and support regarding sexual harassment cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing engaging training materials to effectively communicate complex concepts
  • Delivering presentations and facilitating workshops to diverse groups
  • Providing expert legal consultation and support to address sexual harassment cases
  • Drafting legal documents and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of sexual harassment laws and regulations, as well as excellent legal consultation skills
  • Experience in developing training materials, drafting legal documents, and delivering presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • A commitment to promoting equality and combating sexual harassment
