Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Manager to interpret business requirements and translate them into innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers to produce online and offline creative solutions for marketing, sales, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into elegant creative solutions.
  • Develop strategically sound concepts and bring them to life through rapid prototyping and post-production.
  • Pitch ideas and present the creative vision to stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop campaign strategies and create designs for various materials including brochures, flyers, social media creatives, and video graphic packages.
  • Manage merchandise strategy and create brand assets, office branding, and stationery.
  • Stay updated on PowerPoint trends and designs to create presentations and proposal documents.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and manage workflow to ensure excellence in creative outputs and customer experience.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across all creative output.
  • Work collaboratively with teams under tight deadlines to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in creative/ design management within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of art, copy, and layout principles with expertise in communication design, digital design, and print production.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating skills in motion graphics, video editing, campaign ideation, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience in large-format and spatial branding for events, offices, and exhibitions.
  • Ability to develop compelling data visualizations and infographics.
  • Skilled in managing office/event branding and large-format design projects.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and presentation design capabilities.
