Job Description:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of sustainability-focused marketing initiatives across content, social media, partnerships, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of marketing and sustainability fundamentals, with a strong understanding of environmental impact and circular economy principles.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute sustainability-led campaigns across social media, email, and blog platforms.
  • Translate sustainability insights into clear, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Own content calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage community engagement and basic influencer/partner outreach efforts.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver weekly reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant sustainability claims across all marketing assets.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Be proficient in digital channels, with basic SEO and analytics familiarity (Google Analytics/social dashboards).
  • Have hands-on experience with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, with attention to detail and deadline-driven work habits.
