Job Title: Sales and Service Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in our showrooms. The successful candidate will work closely with the showroom manager to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the showroom manager in gathering insights from historical data to inform trend analysis and market research, providing valuable input to support planning efforts.
  2. Implement short-term operating plans and adhere to budgets while ensuring control over operating expenses.
  3. Achieve sales and operating expense targets while maintaining a focus on quality customer service.
  4. Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure timely supply of merchandise to meet demand.
  5. Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and operating expense targets.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in market research and trend analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and expense targets while controlling costs.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
