Job Opportunity

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support and customer service to improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve showroom sales and operating expenses targets by coordinating with merchandizing teams.
  • Coordinate merchandise supply to showrooms based on demand.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance to meet targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer delight.
  • Create a welcoming shopping ambience in the showrooms.
  • Implement reverse logistics according to defined SOPs.
  • Support sales-growth activities and provide feedback on inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and shelf space utilization.
  • Minimize losses due to shoplifting or pilferage through loss-prevention activities.
  • Generate reports on sales, collections, and market intelligence.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and communicate upward feedback.
  • Follow showroom operations SOPs and implement continuous improvement.
  • Handle point-of-sale activities, including sales transactions, order tracking, and inventory updates.
  • Manage inventory and ensure staff is presentable and well-groomed.
  • Guide staff to increase sales and profitability.
