Job Opportunity
- Deliver high-quality administrative support and customer service to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure sales targets are met while maintaining focus on quality of customer service.
- Achieve showroom sales and operating expenses targets by coordinating with merchandizing teams.
- Coordinate merchandise supply to showrooms based on demand.
- Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance to meet targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer delight.
- Create a welcoming shopping ambience in the showrooms.
- Implement reverse logistics according to defined SOPs.
- Support sales-growth activities and provide feedback on inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and shelf space utilization.
- Minimize losses due to shoplifting or pilferage through loss-prevention activities.
- Generate reports on sales, collections, and market intelligence.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and communicate upward feedback.
- Follow showroom operations SOPs and implement continuous improvement.
- Handle point-of-sale activities, including sales transactions, order tracking, and inventory updates.
- Manage inventory and ensure staff is presentable and well-groomed.
- Guide staff to increase sales and profitability.
