Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (cost per click, click-through rate, cost per acquisition, ROAS, lifetime value, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients
  • Expand to new, innovative platforms when relevant

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
