Job Title: NetSuite Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite implementation specialist to lead our end-to-end projects from implementation to optimization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and documenting NetSuite systems across various modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate goals into scalable solutions.
  • Manage a team of consultants and analysts, provide coaching and oversight.
  • Design and implement process improvements, automation, and integrations.
  • Evaluate and implement change management and system integrity strategies.
  • Participate in solution architecture, testing, data migration, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and audit standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals.
  • Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and NetSuite integration tools.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or experience managing agile ERP projects.
