We are seeking meticulous Quality Assurance Engineers to join our team, ensuring the highest quality of software applications.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of manual testing experience, with a focus on software applications integrated with Marketing Cloud.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories.
  • Perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  • Identify document and report defects in the issue tracking system collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules or potential problems.
  • Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience.
  • Document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans.
  • Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
