Performance Tester Position

This role focuses on developing high-quality applications through rigorous performance testing. As a skilled Performance Tester, you will drive innovation while maintaining a harmonious company culture and the backing of a well-established organization known for its ethical reputation.

We guide our customers from what's now to what's next by unlocking the value of their data and applications to solve their digital challenges, achieving outcomes that benefit both business and society.

  • Meet with business or project teams to identify scope and requirements.
  • Thoroughly understand business and infrastructure needs.
  • Communicate regularly with business/development team managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Non-Functional Requirement Documents.
  • Develop performance test strategies and plans.
  • Work with onsite/offshore models.
  • Use performance testing tools like Neo Load and LoadRunner.
  • Assess test readiness – environment, test data, and test scripts.
  • Design workload models.
  • Execute performance tests and monitor results using AppDynamics, Thousand Eyes, and Splunk.
  • Analyze performance test results and prepare reports.
  • Present reports to development/business teams and secure approvals.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in performance testing.
  • Experience working with LoadRunner or Neo load such as Web/Http, & Webservices.
  • Hands-on experience using Fiddler, Chrome Developer tools, and converting them to LoadRunner or Neo Load scripts.
  • Mandatory skills: Performance Testing, Load Runner, JMeter.
