Job Title: Senior Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our branch operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present the annual operating plan (AOP) to meet set targets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and growth strategies.
  • Promote seamless end-to-end operations on a daily basis, adhering to compliance requirements and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Analyze MIS data regularly and share findings with key stakeholders, informing business decisions.
  • Manage local relationships with vendors, tracking performance and proposing strategies to improve service quality.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for large contracted accounts, reviewing and sharing results with account teams.
  • Resolve customer escalations efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of the branch, including facilities management, local issues, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for geographic expansion within allocated regions, leveraging existing relationships to drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth and retention through tailored account plans.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, promoting employee development and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in branch leadership or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
