Store Leadership Professional

A high-performing Store Manager is required to lead our retail operations, build a strong team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody our values of craftsmanship, timeless design, and honest shoemaking.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury/fashion/footwear sectors, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets. They will be passionate about artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first service.
- Set and track performance goals for the team to drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
- Ensure every customer receives personalized service and resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and repeat customers through exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets by implementing strategies for improvement and supporting in-store events, launches, and brand activations.
- Monitor KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations to inform business decisions.
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality, including inventory management, stock levels, and replenishments.
- Maintain Bridlen's premium retail standards in displays and presentation, ensuring the store reflects craftsmanship, timeless design, and attention to detail.
- 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear.
- Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service.
- Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.
- Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi.
