Career Opportunity: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the real estate and construction industry, with proven expertise in RERA submissions, project-based accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. They will handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements, as well as manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
Additionally, they will prepare and file RERA quarterly submissions and compliance reports, ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred), along with 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate/construction.
Mandatory skills include hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance, strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, and proficiency in Tally ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
