A seasoned professional with 12-15 years of experience in end-to-end fabrication activities is required to lead and manage multiple units. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fabrication processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Job Title: Fabrication Group Head
  • Develop and implement fabrication strategies aligned with production plans and customer requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, planning, and quality departments for seamless execution.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (productivity, utilization, rejection rates, etc.).
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication (as relevant).
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, fabrication software/tools, and production planning systems.
