Job Title: Manager - Supply Chain Management

This is a challenging role that involves managing non-product supply chain activities.

  • Global procurement experience and knowledge to procure components from global suppliers, cutting across various regions.
  • Strong commodity knowledge in travel, labor, insurance, facility management, capex, opex, MRO, and other related areas.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead annual cost-saving projects, initiate supplier consolidation, and drive effective supply chain management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Work experience in SAP ERP systems.
  • 12-15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Experience in manufacturing industries, with a focus on supply chain domain.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including talent development, team building, and interpersonal skills. They will also have proven success in developing project plans and managing these projects through to successful execution.
