Job Title: Senior Team Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced QA Professional to spearhead quality assurance efforts for our web domain project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing, with expertise in crafting test strategies, implementing plans, and ensuring overall quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Comprehensive Test Plans: Develop and implement thorough test plans, ensuring high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Lead QA Team: Lead the QA team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful execution of quality assurance activities.
  • Manage Web Application Testing: Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Design Automated Test Frameworks: Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to think through new applications and strategize testing.
  • Manual Testing Expertise: Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
  • Automation Tools: Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
