Lead the Production Team

As a top client seeks an accomplished professional to oversee production management, the ideal candidate will manage application engineering, production support, and incident/problem management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Production Oversight: Manage the production environment of enterprise applications for stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Application Engineering Guidance: Collaborate with engineering teams for high availability and reliability, driving continuous improvement, automation, and performance tuning.
  • Production Support & Incident Resolution: Lead 24x7 production support operations, defining SLAs, root cause analysis, and timely issue resolution with minimal business disruption.
  • Solutioning & Technical Leadership: Provide direction on technical solutions, architecture decisions, and process improvements, evaluating tools for monitoring, alerting, and response mechanisms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal units, clients, and external partners, serving as the single point of contact for production-related issues and communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with product managers, developers, QA, infrastructure, security, and compliance teams for production readiness.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure production environments adhere to compliance, audit, and security standards, mitigating operational risks through proactive monitoring and controls.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of production engineers and support analysts, fostering accountability, agility, and continuous learning.
