Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable commercial retail properties for opening new stores in their respective region.

This includes managing the property search process, coordinating with key partners such as developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers.

In addition, you will conduct location and catchment analysis of new store locations and negotiate, acquire, and finalize new properties.

You will also liaise with various departments internally until store launch.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate or business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property acquisition or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
