Job Title: API Development Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of APIs for our R&D/Peptide-Pharma Business projects. The ideal candidate will have 9-15 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in the pharma industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project goals and targets are achieved within the desired timeframe.
  • Manage the project triangle constraints to deliver results on time.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project consensus.
  • Align project timelines with business objectives (Cost, Time, Quality).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders like R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, IPR, Analytical R&D, Ops, Quality, and SCM to execute project activities.
  • Stay aware of cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and relevant regulations.
  • Utilize project management concepts and tools to monitor project progress effectively.
  • Generate regular MIS reports as agreed upon.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of QA and regulatory requirements in the pharma industry.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Energetic, excellent communication skills (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A team player with individual contribution capabilities.
  • Experience in handling API R&D projects is a plus.
