Risk Management Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a motivated Risk Management Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to the development of asset liability management, interest rate risk in banking book, behavioral modelling, Pillar 1 risks (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk), Pillar 2 Risks (ICAAP), fund transfer pricing and profitability analysis on our proprietary application suite for Balance Sheet Management.
  • This role involves building python and excel models on risk analysis to validate models and assist with client user acceptance testing.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for developing end to end functionalities for modelling macro-economic factors and market prices like Interest rate, Credit Spread, FX, Commodities and Volatility.
  • This position requires validating cashflow, valuation and sensitivity models using excel / python for banking and derivative products.
  • The ideal candidate will also develop project execution and product collaterals.
  • The candidate should adhere to development standards and protocols mandated by product organization.

  • Nature of this role: Full-time internship (6-12 months) with option to convert
  • Number of years of experience expected: 0-2 years
  • Areas of past experience preferred: Quantitative modelling, Risk Management
  • Educational qualification expected: Graduate/ Pursuing graduation
  • Additional qualifications/ certifications required: None
  • Minimum actuarial papers: Actuary certifications / degrees
  • Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US
  • Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English
  • Application experience preferable: Python, Advanced excel, PowerPoint

  • Probation period: 6 months
