We are a team of professionals working towards making e-commerce accessible to everyone. As part of our Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team, you will play a key role in shaping the experience of our customers.

Our team is an eclectic mix of experts with diverse skill sets ranging from operations management, supply chain knowledge, analytics, and problem-solving. We are constantly looking for innovative ways to improve our processes and make e-commerce more accessible to the masses.

As Cluster Head MM, you will be responsible for managing operations for the entire cluster, including onboarding and training of partners, tracking their performance, and identifying gaps in processes. You will also work closely with various stakeholders to achieve team goals.

  • Owning the onboarding and training of new partners for Middle Mile operations
  • Identifying and onboarding new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis
  • Tracking and owning the performance of different partners in your cluster
  • Visiting facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps
  • Ensuring compliance with operational processes
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Middle Mile operations
  • Experience in partner onboarding and training in the Middle Mile and sorting operations
  • Experience of having worked in areas of Vizag in similar capacity would be a plus
