Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our organization's accounting operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the preparation and verification of Purchase & Sales Bills (matching with POs, invoices, supplementary bills) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Manage cash control, voucher preparation, and daily transaction entries in accounting books/ERP to maintain financial stability.
    • Coordinate with vendors for payment via NEFT/RTGS, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
    • Handle LC documentation and liaise with bankers for daily operations, ensuring seamless financial processes.
    • Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
    • Compute salaries and wages, maintain Salary and Attendance Registers, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
    • Prepare monthly stock statements for banks (Cash Credit facility) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Assist in finalizing accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) to provide stakeholders with accurate financial information.
    • Draft official letters related to accounts and statutory matters to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Ensure Income Tax compliance by computing TDS, e-filing returns, issuing Form 16/16A, advance tax computation, and ITR filing.
    • Comply with GST regulations by registering, amending, generating challans, filing GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, annual returns, refunds, audits, and E-Way bills.
    • Manage PF & ESI contributions, UAN generation, transfers/withdrawals, and employee registration under PF/ESI to ensure compliance.
    • Maintain Legacy Compliances: VAT/CST, Excise Duty – filing, reconciliations, and audit support to ensure historical compliance.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Prior experience in finance and accounting.
    • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
