Financial Operations Role

The Financial Operations role at our organization is an exciting opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in managing the financial aspects of a critical compliance project. This position involves assisting in the end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive, including tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.

  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive. This includes tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process. Follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to the existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the context of the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.
