Job Opportunity: E-Commerce Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate assigned websites and comprehend their purpose.

  • Test key user interactions (such as browsing products, adding to cart, and checking out).
  • Identify and report issues like broken links, unclear content, or accessibility problems.
  • Examine payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay) and complete test transactions.
  • Verify post-purchase details like order confirmation pages and email receipts.
  • Document screenshots or screen recordings to showcase findings.
  • Prioritize issues based on severity and suggest quick fixes.
  • Maintain us updated on progress and report any blockers.
  • Handle login credentials and test data securely.
