Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of production facility planning and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading the production teams to ensure daily KPIs are met, drive weekly and monthly KPI performance, and spearhead continuous improvement agendas.
  • Ensuring self and teams adhere to high levels of Good Manufacturing Practice at all times.
  • Largely responsible for administrative functions like factory controlling and quality alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a fast-paced machinery production environment with a proven track record in growing and developing teams, able to work towards and improve quality standards, possessing strong leadership skills, and preferably having a background in food manufacturing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in MIS, ERP, and lean manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and TQM.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to grow and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
