Property Manager Role

The role of a Property Manager involves overseeing the smooth operation of a facility site. This entails enhancing efficiency using innovation and technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the development of staff to enable them to face challenges by providing guidance, grooming, developing, and supporting them as needed.
  • Oversee mall management, including leasing and tenant relations, business planning, and financial management.
  • Develop a structured business plan for the mall that encompasses all key components of mall operation.
  • E nsure the proper tenant mix and zoning within the mall aligns with the business strategy and market demand to achieve desired footfall.
  • Create and develop marketing and annual event plans calendar.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Marine Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of work experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
