Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure seamless functionality across our systems.

You will design test strategies, automate workflows, and safeguard data integrity. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.

Apart from the required skills, certifications like NetSuite Suite Foundation, Salesforce Admin, and Celigo iPaaS are considered as preferred qualifications.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic work environment.

This role requires:

  • Develop end-to-end test plans for order-to-cash, inventory, and financial workflows.
  • Execute manual and automated tests for releases, patches, and integrations.
  • Verify real-time data syncs between systems.
  • Debug API failures and audit error logs.
  • Log defects in Jira/Monday.com, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity.
  • Track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.
  • Build Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing.
  • Leverage NetSuite's Suite Script for custom test validations.

Apart from these key responsibilities, this role also includes compliance and documentation tasks such as ensuring GDPR/SOC2 compliance in data handling and maintaining QA wikis for test cases and runbooks.
