Position Overview

You will collaborate closely with our technical leaders and development team to ensure a seamless learning experience for students. The role demands expertise in manual and automated testing, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to product excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to identify defects and ensure timely fixes.
  • Create detailed test documentation to improve QA workflows.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing and build automated test suites for faster release cycles.
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
  • Track bugs using JIRA/Trello; manage testing cycles with TestRail or similar tools.
  • Contribute to QA process improvements and release management practices.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience.
  • Proficiency with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for product quality and continuous improvement.
