Supply Chain Leader for Hardware Operations

We seek a strategic Supply Chain leader to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Hardware Team. This role requires an expert in supply chain management with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and optimize business performance.
  • Develop and track shipment plans based on customer requirements, leveraging analytical skills to drive business decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on supply chain performance.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and purchase order processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to work across departments.
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is highly desirable.
