Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Lead to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented designer to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact in shaping the design direction of our organization.

  • This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in user-centered design, with a focus on creating innovative and intuitive user experiences across various platforms and devices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives, while also mentoring junior designers and contributing to the growth and development of our design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on usability testing results.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide leadership and expertise in design principles and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user experience design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in user experience design.
