Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee lease administration, manage key lease dates, and communicate obligations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage portfolio needs, review lease extensions, renewal options, and rent reductions.
  • Modify tenant termination options and amend agreements for additional allowances.
  • Closely coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate documentations and payments are processed.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, identify balancing items, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain Internal and External Audit Compliance and adhere to internal control standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and macros.
