Project Manager Role

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects that span multiple business verticals. Your role will ensure effective management of resources, schedules, and quality standards, all while adhering to global project management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading complex projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication and testing strategies.
  • Managing a portfolio of initiatives from initiation to closure, monitoring progress and preparing detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in matrix environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
