Senior Power Platform Developer Opportunity at DigiMoksha Solutions

The role of a Senior Power Platform Developer is a pivotal one at DigiMoksha Solutions, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom business applications on Microsoft Power Platform. With a focus on leveraging Dataverse for data management and automation, this position demands expertise in creating complex applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring seamless data integration with Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Custom Business Application Development:** Develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), automating processes with Power Automate, and creating analytical reports with Power BI. Build and configure Dataverse environments, including entity modeling, relationships, business rules, and data workflows. Create advanced Power Automate flows for business process automation using Dataverse data, integrating with external systems and APIs. Implement and maintain business logic, business process flows, and custom connectors leveraging Dataverse.

2. **Dataverse Architecture & Data Management:** Lead the design and implementation of Dataverse data models, ensuring efficient data handling, security, and performance optimization. Configure Dataverse security roles and ensure proper data access control and governance for users and teams. Optimize Dataverse data processing by building complex queries, business rules, and integrating with Azure services where needed. Work on data migration efforts from legacy systems into Dataverse, ensuring data integrity and validation.

3. **Solution Integration & Customization:** Integrate Dataverse with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure Functions. Develop and deploy custom components such as Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls, custom workflows, and plugins. Customize Power Apps interfaces and user experiences to align with business needs and enhance user productivity.

4. **Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions. Partner with cross-functional IT and data teams to ensure solutions are aligned with overall enterprise architecture and data strategy. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and teams working on Power Platform projects.

5. **Governance & Best Practices:** Ensure adherence to best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM) within Power Platform, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management. Implement governance and security best practices for Dataverse and Power Platform, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. Perform code reviews and optimize existing Power Platform solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

This role requires a strong background in software development, with 2+ years specifically focused on Power Platform development. Extensive hands-on experience in Dataverse architecture, entity design, and data modeling is essential. Proficiency in developing Model-Driven and Canvas Apps using Dataverse as the primary data source, creating Power Automate workflows, integrating Dataverse with external data sources, and customizing Power BI reports with Dataverse is required. A minimum salary of $120,000 per year.
