Job Title: Voice Support Associate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Voice Support Associate to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through voice calls, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about our products and services.


Job Description:

The Voice Support Associate will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure. They will be required to provide clear and concise answers to customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and update customer records as necessary.

The role may involve sales, support, or technical assistance, requiring excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle pressure. Good communication skills, with a strong command of English, are essential for success in this role.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Voice Support Associate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong Command of English: A strong command of English is essential for this role, as the candidate will be required to communicate with customers who speak English as their primary language.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: The selected candidate must be flexible and adaptable to work effectively in rotational shifts, which may include morning, noon, and night shifts.
  • Educational Qualification: A graduate degree is preferred, but candidates with a 12th pass qualification may also apply if they are not pursuing further studies.
  • Experience: Freshers who are open to working in rotational shifts are welcome to apply.
