Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a skilled Compliance Professional to join our workforce. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop solutions to ensure compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders and colleagues.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including experience in managing vendor compliance and coordinating with finance teams.

Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

Experience: 3-5 years in a compliance role.
