Business Development Manager Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and staffing models (permanent, contract, C2H).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to generate new business and manage accounts independently is crucial.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Target-driven individual with self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
