Job Title: Senior Data Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data-driven initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning/deep learning from an IT background is required.
  • A proven track record of delivering production projects with no capstone or internet-based projects is essential.
  • A strong understanding of natural language processing, deep learning, and neural networks is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch) is required.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers) is beneficial.

  • Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (Azure or AWS) is essential.

  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment are necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in machine learning/deep learning is required.
  • At least 8 years of machine learning/deep learning experience with a fully technical background is essential.
  • Experience focused on production projects only is required.
  • A robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts are required.
