The Role

As a Technical Data Integration Specialist, you will work closely with clients to map and integrate customer data from various source systems to our leading-edge platform.

This role involves:

  • Communicating with clients and/or project managers to scope, develop, test, and implement data conversion and integration projects.
  • Efficiently communicating with project managers and customers to keep projects on target and ensure timely delivery.
  • Continuously driving improvements in the data migration process through analysis and feedback.
  • Collaborating with clients and/or project managers throughout the conversion/integration process via phone and email.
  • Demonstrating strong collaboration and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in professional services or a related field.
  • Experience performing reconciliations of large/complex spreadsheets from multiple sources using Excel or Microsoft Access.
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent data transformation background.
  • Excellent English written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • A solutions-focused approach to creative problem-solving.
