Customer Experience Specialist

Our stores serve as the heart of our business, where customers first encounter our brand. As part of the dynamic Store Team, each role from Sales Advisors, Department Managers, and Visual Merchandisers contributes to crafting an inspiring and welcoming environment. You'll also collaborate with the wider Area Team, sharing insights and driving success together. Alongside your team, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles.
