Waterisgone Solution, a leading Executive Office company, is seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team as a Work From Home (WFH) employee. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing clothing and accessory collections that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of current fashion trends, and the ability to translate your ideas into viable products. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for fashion and a desire to work from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce sketches, designs, and prototypes for clothing and accessory collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are technically feasible and meet production requirements.
- Create technical packages and detailed instructions for pattern-making and garment production.
- Research current fashion trends and competitor products to inform design decisions.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely completion of each project.
- Attend trade shows and fashion events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and make new contacts.
- Continually evaluate product offerings and make recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably within the industry of Executive Office.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with garment construction techniques and fabric properties.
