Job Title: Academic Outreach Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Academic Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in establishing relationships with potential students, business partners, and foreign universities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and coordinating meetings with international institutions. You will also be involved in designing events on Canva, coordinating school events, and overseeing office space maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Telesales: Reach out to leads and cold call potential partners using Google Search
  • Identify counseling seekers and coordinate meetings
  • Coordinate sales and payment collection
  • Collect details of potential study abroad students
  • Initial Counseling: Shortlist universities and courses - training provided
  • Foster relationships with foreign Universities
  • Maintain a diary of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development and telesales
  • Strong English verbal and writing communication skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Sincere, non-smoker, enthusiastic, and innovative
Key Qualifications:
  • Own laptop and mobile phone
  • Good English language skills
  • Willingness to travel locally
