Key Role:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned software maintenance engineer to work on MuleSoft application support. The role involves working with the MuleSoft Any Point Platform, responding to and resolving incidents efficiently, and enhancing operational support processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for troubleshooting and fixing MuleSoft API/integration application issues.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations applications.

Collaboration

  • Participate in customer war rooms to identify resolutions and implement fixes.
  • Coordinate with central and federated DevOps teams.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure code quality and perform necessary testing of defect fixes.
  • Review technical specifications and update relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with MuleSoft API & integration application development and operations.
  • Excellent English language skills (B2 level).
  • Previous experience in a similar 3rd line support role.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
  • Experience in maintaining and enhancing software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
