Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL, hands-on experience with Unix Shell scripting, and knowledge of ETL tools and processes in the Technology & Telecoms industry.

  • Design and execute data integration test cases to validate processes and workflows.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by performing SQL queries and validations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Write and execute Unix Shell scripts to automate testing processes.
  • Document test results and provide detailed defect reports where necessary.
  • Support performance testing and optimisation of data integration processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on data quality improvements.
  • Maintain data integration environments and ensure data security protocols are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful Senior Data Integration Specialist should have:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and querying.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix Shell scripting for automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and processes in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • A keen eye for detail and a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
