About the Role

A Software Development Manager is needed to lead teams designing and implementing systems orchestrating thousands of databases. The team will build a foundational platform consisting of web service APIs and workflows making Aurora Serverless highly available, scalable, reliable, and fast.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • 8+ years of leading definition and development of multi-tier web services
  • Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development life cycle practices and patterns
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams

The successful candidate will participate in product direction and road-map planning, project execution scheduling, and hiring engineers. Decisions made will impact Aurora's large customer base.
