About this role:

We're seeking experienced support specialists to join our team.

Your main goal will be to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and translate content into Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

As a support specialist, you'll handle customer inquiries through email, social media, and calls in a professional manner.

In addition to this, you should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand our products and services.
  • Support customers via email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Provide detailed information to customers.
  • Maintain records of each call for future reference.
  • Train new employees to enhance their skills.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers for further information.
  • Take feedback from customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
  • Create content for marketing teams.
  • Contribute to social media and website content.

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in respective languages.
  • Candidates with international customer support experience via call or chat will be preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented individual.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

  • Flexible for rotational shifts and weekly offs.
