Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Installation Specialist to join our team. This key role involves overseeing the timely and quality execution of solar installations at project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

  • Installation Oversight
  • Monitor daily installation activities of solar PV systems, ensuring adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely material delivery.
  • Project Coordination
  • Coordinate logistics, track project progress, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing risks and optimizing project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Verify proper earthing, module mounting, cabling, and inverter installations to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Technical Support
  • Provide assistance with troubleshooting on-site technical issues and conduct initial system testing and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
  • Reporting and Communication
  • Prepare and submit detailed work progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate open communication with the Project Manager, addressing updates, concerns, and issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.
  • Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and management.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
