Job Title: Java Application Support

We are seeking a seasoned Java Engineer to join our team as a System Administrator, responsible for the stability, performance, and availability of our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and production support environments.

  • Provide Level 2/3 application support for our Java-based systems.\
  • Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and incident management.\
  • Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues.\
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.\
  • Manage and execute deployments using automation tools.\
  • Support job scheduling, monitoring, and reporting using tools like Autosys/Control-M.\
  • Work with observability tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, Grafana) to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.\
  • Document processes and resolutions as part of knowledge management.\
  • Participate in on-call rotations and handle high-severity incidents as required.\
