We are seeking an experienced technical lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Optimizely and .NET web development.

Job Description:

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a deep understanding of Optimizely CMS/DXP platform, .NET Core, and Azure Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of web applications using Optimizely CMS and .NET Core, as well as architecting and implementing Optimizely-based solutions.

  • Design and develop web applications using Optimizely CMS (Episerver) and .NET Core/.NET Framework.
  • Architect and implement Optimizely-based solutions including Content Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Search & Navigation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of dedicated experience in Optimizely (Episerver) CMS/DXP platform; total 5+ years in .NET web development.
  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and .NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of Optimizely Content Cloud, CMS features, Content Modeling, Templates, and Custom Blocks.
  • Hands-on experience in Optimizely Search & Navigation, Visitor Group personalization, and A/B testing features.
  • Experience in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiar with Azure Cloud, DevOps pipelines, and deployment strategies.
Bonus Points:

Having experience with:

  • Optimizely Commerce Cloud (B2B or B2C).
  • Knowledge of headless CMS, GraphQL, or JAMstack architecture.
  • Exposure to Optimizely Experimentation, Campaign, or Recommendations.
  • Certification in Optimizely Developer/Architect Track.
  • Experience working with global teams and Agile/Scrum methodology.
