Job Title: Adobe Target Developer

We are seeking an experienced AEM and Adobe Target Specialist to join our dynamic team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and Development: Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows to support web and digital experience needs.
    • Publishing Process Configuration: Configure and customize AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.
    • Asset Management: Manage and enhance AEM Assets configurations, including metadata schemas, renditions, and custom workflows.
    • Personalization and Optimization: Integrate Adobe Target with AEM to enable personalization, optimization, and testing capabilities.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, UX, and marketing teams to align solutions with business requirements.
    • Code Quality: Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to Adobe and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • AEM Expertise: Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Adobe Target Expertise: Strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).
  • AEM Assets: Experience with AEM Assets configuration and customization.
  • Front-end Technologies: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
  • Experience Cloud Integrations: Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Campaign, etc.).
